Customer Service Representative – Home Delivery Operations

We have an immediate need for a full-time experienced Customer Service Representative to work in a furniture delivery warehouse office. We are a leading national company providing home delivery and logistics services for world class retailers such as Living Spaces, RH, Macy’s, La-Z-Boy, Ashley, and others.

This energetic person will perform a variety of jobs, including communicating with delivery drivers, processing delivery paperwork, working on computer billing files, and helping solve delivery customer problems. Basic computer skills, people skills, a professional appearance, and a strong work ethic are all required.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work well with other team members

• High level of understanding in basic mathematics

* Dispatch experience is a plus

* Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

* Weekend & evening work may be required

The most qualified candidates will have experience in a home delivery or transportation operation office. Must be people oriented and able to communicate well by phone with drivers and customers.
