David joined HDL in 2009 and has been in the industry for over 30 years. Before being named President in 2018, David served as Vice-President Operations, West. Prior to HomeDeliveryLink, David was GM at Western Studio Services/Academy Moving & Storage and worked at Merchants Home Delivery Service. He has a BA from the University of California, Riverside.

After spending more than 30 years working for several companies in the logistics field – ranging from TL and LTL motor carriers, moving and storage van lines, and (near the end of the period) as a home delivery specialist – home delivery was my favorite. So in July of 1997 I started REF Logistics, now known as HomeDeliveryLink. Thanks to many dedicated staff members, client companies, and numerous contract carriers, last July (2017) we celebrated 20 years in business. My thanks to all who made this possible.

Candy has 35 years of management experience and has been with HDL since day one. Candy manages our corporate administration team nationwide and brings expertise in accounting, insurance, human resources and risk management. She has a BA from the University of Wisconsin, and an MBA from Penn State.

Bill joined the Company in 2008 to spearhead our sale efforts. He has 30+ years of experience in home delivery sales and operations working with companies like Exel, Affinity Logistics, and 3PD (XPO Logistics). Bill earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.

VP Business Development and IT

Rob brings 30 years of marketing and senior management experience, joining the family business in 2006. He is currently responsible for business development, marketing, and the company’s technology. Rob holds a BS from the University of Kansas, and an MBA from The University of San Diego.

Rick brings 20+ years of white glove home delivery expertise, at companies like XPO Logistics, Affinity Logistics, and Excel. Rick is responsible for all operations nationwide, and overseas our 11 Regional Directors across the country. Rick joined HDL in 2010, and is based in the Denver area.
