HDL continued it’s charitable giving program as a proud sponsor of the San Juan Capistrano Boys & Girls Club of America, this year as the club’s first ever “Level” Donor. For the third consecutive year, HDL is covering the yearly fuel travel expenses for the transportation of these fine young boys and girls; and now as a Platinum Level sponsor, HDL will be covering a whole bunch more than just the annual fuel expense. James Littlejohn, Executive Director of the Capistrano Valley Boys & Girls Club, says about our endorsement of the after school program: “We are immensely grateful for the continued from HomeDeliveryLink. It is companies like yours that allow our organization to grow, and help our young members become productive, caring, responsible citizens.”

Bob Fleisher, Chairman and CEO of HomeDeliveryLink, was a Boys & Girls Club member and active recipient of the many after-school programs and services they provide, for many years as a young man growing up. Bob’s direct experience with, and first-hand knowledge of, this valued non-profit program and all it has to offer is a large reason behind HDL’s continued sponsorship and this year’s decision to provide considerably greater financial support for the program. In his own words, “I wouldn’t be the person I am today, nor would I have been able to accomplish what I have, without the guidance, support and learning I received for many years from the Boy & Girls Club as a boy and young man.”

This year, we’ll also be offering volunteer opportunities for our home office staff, to potentially help out at one of the local Boys & Girls Club facilities, and will provide information to assist anyone else in the company, almost anywhere in the country, who is interested in donating their time and skills at one the program’s countless facilities. We’re proud to be giving back to our community and being a part of this outstanding program and organization.
